Baroque Music Workshop & Festival

Denman Island, British Columbia (Canada)

This is an 8 day festival of baroque music featuring a workshop for talented amateur singers and instrumentalists to be tutored by acclaimed specialists in performance of works by Claudio Monteverdi (1567-1643).  At the end of the week there will be a  concert by participants.

The Festival will also feature a community concert, a concert by the workshop instructors, lectures related to the music and an exhibition.

The first Denman Island Baroque Music Workshop & Festival was held in May 2017.
